Education: 150 hours of approved prelicensure appraisal education(four classes)
Experience Required: 1,000 hours of appraisal experience over at least 6 months
Exam: AQB exam

Residential Appraiser Requirements
Education: 200 hours of Approved Pre-Licensure appraisal education and college level.
Education or licensees who are State licensed for a minimum of 5 years with no disciplinary actions may qualify in lieu of college level education.
Experience Required: 1,500 hours of experience in no fewer then 12 months.
